Rolling To A Stop?

Yesterday, I did a follow-up on my acupuncture therapy. My legs are feeling less painful and the restless legs problem has improved very much. Yesterday was also the start of the month of Ramadan, the traffic conditions in the evening was a little chaotic.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish my Muslim friends: Selamat Berpuasa and Ramadan Mubarak (Blessed Ramadan).

This morning, I woke up late, almost at 10.30am. I was still feeling very tired and wanted to sleep a bit longer but then I had to get up to start my Gerson therapy. I have morning enema to do and thereafter start the juicing and taking of supplements. I have also started taking additional natural herbs and vibrational medicine prescribed to me by alternative medicine doctor to clear some intestinal blockages. I think the medications are a little cooling as I was coughing white phlegm after taking it.

My aching is now confined to my back area, not sure if this was due to my sleeping position and the soft mattress top. I bought a very good firm mattress which I know will not give me any backache but then it's a little painful for my back to rest on for long periods of time without the soft mattress top. My hypnotherapist advised me to massage the pain area and it will go away because of the release the endorphins.
