These days, I feel tired most of the time. I must rest more during day time. I think the main reason is due to the effects of LDN that is keeping me awake till early morning. When I don't have enough sleep, I feel really tired and act like a zombie.
I do feel hungry but sometimes I don't seem to have a good appetite during lunch or dinner time. Could also be a side effect of LDN. So I tried to eat a little bit more in between. I weigh myself on Tuesday and found that I have lost another kg. I now weigh 61kgs. I have lost 19kgs (42 lbs) to date.
Yesterday, I went online to check with the Greek distributor to find out why my shipment is taking such a long time. I made the order on 4 April but they only shipped it on the 13 April, 9 days later. What kind of service standard is that? Anyway, I have checked the contents of the Pleo Sanuvis (which costs RM82 or US$26.80 per bottle, CIF Malaysia) with that of my local version and found that there are the same, other than the brand name. The version I bought online is made in Germany while that supplied by my local supplier is either made in India or Pakistan. The local version costs only RM8 or US$2.60 per bottle! I used the imported version because is was recommended.
A Flash And Darkness
Yesterday evening, it was raining and then followed by lightning and the thunder. At past 6pm, I heard a loud bang and the next thing I know was my housed was in total darkness. I thought there was a general blackout because four other houses in front of my house is also in total darkness. But it was not because the street lights were on.
When my father quickly tried to reset the circuit breaker and could not, I knew some electrical appliances was hit by the lightning. Not the LCD TV or my PC were my first thoughts. After systematically checking, the problem was an extension cord. I was so relieved.

This book is not only suitable for those who wants to know more about Gerson therapy but those who wants to follow the therapy as well.

HYDERABAD - Doctors treating Indian spiritual leader Sai Baba, one of the country's most famous gurus, said Thursday his health was deteriorating fast as devotees gathered to pray for his recovery.
ReplyDeletePolice in Sai Baba's hometown of Puttaparthi in Andhra Pradesh, southeast India, erected crowd barriers to control worried followers who rushed to the hospital where he was being treated.
Well-wishers have converged on Puttaparthi, many of them sleeping out in the open on pavements because of a lack of hotel rooms.
A medical bulletin said the vital organs of the 85-year-old Hindu mystic were "showing very poor response to the treatment" since he was hospitalised last month with a heart condition, lung congestion and kidney failure.
"Non-functioning of the liver and persistent episodes of low blood pressure are causing great worry to the doctors," the bulletin said.
Sai Baba is credited by millions of followers around the world with having supernatural powers, including an ability to conjure objects out of thin air, remember past lives and cure terminal diseases.
He counts former prime ministers and presidents, top businessmen and even Indian cricket superstar Sachin Tendulkar among his followers.

HYDERABAD - Though the condition of spiritual leader Sathya Sai Baba is worsening, some of his devotees are confident he will recover and live for 96 years as he had once predicted.
ReplyDeleteA group of eminent devotees, including former judges, police officers and physicians, believe that the 85-year-old Sathya Sai Baba's present condition is because he has taken on himself the sufferings of one of his devotees.
As the guru battles for life at the Sathya Sai super speciality hospital at Puttaparthi town in Anantapur district, a group of devotees on Thursday held a press conference here to say he would recover and appeal to the media to respect their sentiments.
"Sai Baba is incarnation of god. He will recover and will live for 96 years as he himself had once said," said R Prabhakar Rao, former police chief of Andhra Pradesh.
Some devotees said Sathya Sai Baba himself was god and hence not like other human beings. They believe he is passing through the current phase of illness as he has taken human form. The group also said that faith had no logic.
The eminent devotees dismissed reports in a section of the media that Sathya Sai Baba died 20 days ago and that his death was not being announced to get funds from his devotees in India and abroad.
Former chief justice of Andhra Pradesh high court J Eswara Prasad claimed that Sathya Sai Baba had cured his childhood paralysis when doctors had termed it incurable. "He always protected me and I did not even avail the official security during some key assignments," said the former judge.
Eminent agricultural scientist and former vice chancellor of Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University M.V. Rao said he, too, believed that Sathya Sai Baba would come out of the present illness and go on to live for 96 years.
"Though as a scientist I see everything scientifically, the powers of Baba and his extraordinary social work impressed me," he said.
Former police commissioner of Hyderabad Appa Rao said the Sathya Sai Baba possessed supernatural powers and he had seen him materialise objects like wristwatches and rings out of thin air.
Facing a volley of questions, the devotees did not respond to a query if they would stop believing Sathya Sai Baba was an incarnation of god if he did not live for 96 years.
Physician and vice president of Narayana Hrudayalaya-Malla Reddy Hospital Anil Kumar said only four organs of the guru had either failed or not functioning well and claimed that there were hundreds of instances where such patients lived on ventilator for 25 years.
Anil Kumar quoted doctors attending on Sathya Sai Baba as saying that he was not in coma. He said though millions of devotees had come forward to donate their organs, it was not possible to transplant the vital organs.
